If
you ever need to return product for any reason, simply follow
these steps to ensure quick processing.
- We will gladly accept returns on products if you are
not 100% satisfied.
- All returns must be sent back in the original packaging.
We can only accept returns on unopened, full quantity test
strips due to health regulations.
- If your order was damaged during shipping, just call
our customer service department and we will get replacements
out right away!
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- We will work to ensure timely processing of all returns.
Please allow 5 business days for all replacement products
to be shipped and 7 days for refunds to be issued.
